Alex Bregman, SS, Louisiana State

The Astros have been expected to take position players with their No. 2 and No. 5 overall picks. While Vanderbilt right-hander Carson Fulmer could be a possibility here, the sense is that they will take a college bat. With their top choice in Swanson off the board, Bregman will likely be their choice.
