Tyler Jay, LHP, Illinois

Jay is an extremely interesting player and has the potential to be the No. 1 overall pick by the Diamondbacks. A closer at Illinois, Jay has been spectacular registering a 0.64 earned run average in 56.1 innings of work. He has quickly risen up draft boards due to his dominating stuff and ability to throw numerous innings, which has also caused teams to consider him as a possible starter at the next level.
