Packers vs. Cowboys: Preview, Prediction

The Green Bay Packers return to primetime Sunday night, looking to rebound from their first loss of the season, a late collapse in Cleveland, when they visit the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. 

The matchup comes loaded with intrigue, especially after the blockbuster offseason trade that sent Micah Parsons to Green Bay and Kenny Clark to Dallas. Through three weeks, both teams have been inconsistent up front, making pass rush and protection the defining factors.

Jordan Love could have opportunities against a Cowboys defense that has surrendered more explosive pass plays than anyone in football, but only if his line improves after a rough showing last week. 

Meanwhile, Green Bay’s defensive front looks primed to pressure Dak Prescott and potentially create turnovers, something the Cowboys have struggled with early in 2025. 

Special teams could swing momentum, with Dallas boasting elite weapons in kicker Brandon Aubrey and returner KaVonte Turpin.

If the Packers win the battle at the line of scrimmage, they should control the game.
