The Rays are known for their ability to draft and develop pitchers. Expect them to take the best pitcher available. Harris has risen up draft boards this spring after building off his impressive summer a year ago. A 6-foot-4, 190-pound hurler, Harris has a solid four-pitch mix, featuring a 92-94 mph fastball. If Harris is not on the board they could select Cathedral High (Indianapolis) right-hander Ashe Russell or Stroudsburg (Pa.) High righty Mike Nikorak.
