The Cubs could really use some pitching, but they have been known to take high ceiling position players high in the draft. Benintendi has quickly risen up draft boards after an unbelievable season that saw him win SEC Player of the Year. A draft eligible sophomore, Benintendi could go even higher in the draft, but don’t expect him to fall past the Reds at pick No. 11.
