4. Colorado Rockies: Dakota Hudson, RHP, Mississippi State

The Rockies have gotten little out of the prep pitchers they’ve selected in recent years and may not want to turn to another high-risk high school pitcher. Hudson has developed into the second best college pitcher in this year’s class, after hardly being used in his first two seasons at Mississippi State.
