The Cubs could really use pitching, but they have been known to take high-ceiling position players high in the draft. Benintendi has quickly risen up draft boards after an unbelievable season that saw him win SEC Player of the Year. A draft eligible sophomore, Benintendi could go even higher in the draft, but don’t expect him to fall past the Rays at pick No. 13.
