Milwaukee has faced four high-major teams this season, losing all four games in relatively unimpressive fashion. They will look to reverse their fortune when they face the talented Arkansas Razorbacks on Monday evening.

The Razorbacks are expected to be participating in the NCAA Tournament this season, and at one point were ranked inside the Top 25 until dropping back-to-back games to Iowa State and Clemson earlier in the month.

With six of their top seven scores from last season’s team returning, their offense has been explosive, averaging 83.5 points per game. Leading the Razorback offensive attack is forward Bobby Portis who is averaging a team-high 16.6 points and 7.0 rebounds per game on a scorching 58 percent shooting including 62 percent from three-point range.

Three-point shooting will be key for Milwaukee, as Matt Tiby and J.J. Panoske will have their hands full with Portis and other Arkansas big men in the post offensively. On the defensive end, Milwaukee can’t allow Arkansas to get many second chance scoring opportunities, if they want this game to remain close.

The Panthers are coming off of a disappointing loss to SIU Edwardsville, and are still searching for their first true road win of the season. It won’t be easy to knock off the talented Razorbacks, but it isn’t impossible, as there have been numerous surprising upsets already this season.
